How to Apply Ribond T8?

1. Surface Preparation: Surfaces to be bonded must be entirely clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and grease. Sand the surfaces if necessary.
2. Application: Apply a thin, even layer of Ribond T8 adhesive to both surfaces using a brush or spatula.
3. Waiting Time: Allow 15-20 minutes for the solvent to evaporate (until the adhesive no longer sticks to your finger when touched).
4. Bonding: Align both dry surfaces accurately and join them by applying high pressure (using a press or hammer).

Denlaks TP 1515 E, is a first layer adhesive for greasy pull up leather and is used for bonding of oily and absorbent leather. (Greasy, pull-up) which are roughed and trimmed before.

Denlaks Primer NY 425, is a solution especially for the PU soles and greasy leathers which sanding and priming are not applied before adhesion.

Denlaks Densol V, is shoe sole cleaner, the mix of different oil absorber solvents. Especially suitable for PVC and PU shoe soles for the clean dust, oil, dye contaminants on the surface before the bonding with Denlaks adhesives.

Denlaks Primer 285 S, is two parts halogenation primer and is effective on vulcanised and thermoplastic rubber shoe soles for bonding uppers with Denlaks polyurethane adhesives.

Denlaks Primer 300 S, is two parts halogenation primer and is effective on vulcanised and thermoplastic rubber shoe soles for bonding uppers with Denlaks polyurethane adhesives.

Denlaks Primer EVA 97 is a surface preparation solution applied to the sole before applying Denlaks adhesive especially suitable for EVA sole in shoe production.

Granule is a co-polyester based thermoplastic granulated silica adhesive for use in thermoforming machines. It is an ideal adhesive for shoe production due to its fast application time, flexibility, wettability and excellent adhesion performance to leather, synthetic leather and salpa.

Desmodur RFE is a cross-linking agent that offers special adhesion properties on rubber materials, providing universal compatibility for Desmocoll and natural or synthetic rubber-based adhesives. With its ultra-low monomer, solvent-based and moisture-resistant structure, this heat-activated special formula enables rapid setting and stronger bonding.
